Sheikh Mohsini Kandhari condemned international community for "meddling" in "internal affaris" of Afghanistan.
Sheikh Asif Mohsini Kandhari, the Iran-backed cleric opposed review and amendment of the “Shia Family Law” approved by Karzai, which UN says legalizes rape.
Addressing a press conference, he warned the Government not to review the law saying “International community should not interfere internal affairs of Afghanistan.”
Sheikh Mohsini Kandhari, who drafted the outrageous “Law”, is an Iran-backed Shiite cleric of Pushtoon ancestry. He has called a protest demonstration on Thursday against the criticism of the “Family Law”.
Mr. Muhaqiq says, "If not amended, the law is an offence to Hazaras"
On the other hand, prominent Hazara politician and Head of the Parliamentary Committee for Education, Religeous Affairs and Culture Mr. Muhaqiq while talking to Daily Outlook Afghanistan said “the controversial articles should be amended, otherwise the Law is an offense to Hazaras.” He added “Hazara ethnic of Afghanistan form the absolute majority of Shiite, and the law is against the aspirations and practices of Hazaras.”
Mr. Muhaqiq in an interview to Washington Post had demanded review of the law.

This is not the first and only purely Islamic law to have been rammed through the parliament and on the recommendations of the President? The real disappointment is the Afghan constitution, which, with all its contradictions, declares Islamic law as supreme. You can not behold Shariah as the law of the land and reject legislation for being Islamic yet undemocratic.
As for Mohsini’s definition of democracy, that’s as far as his knowledge of democracy goes. I wonder what he has to say about his multiple wives, jihadi crimes including the rape of a girl almost a tenth of his age, massacre, summary executions and more. What does he have to say for the fact the while Hazaras were being slaughtered in central Afghanistan, his Shiite madrassa prospered right inside Kandahar and since when does he represent the Hazaras, who I am sure have better alternatives to a dogmatic puppet from Pushtoon south.
It is a shame that religious and racist extremists like Mohsini have become power brokers while the Hazaras, despite their never ending persecution by Islamic and ethnocentrist extremists; are being increasingly marginalized. Let’s not even start discussing how the dedication of all aid and reconstruction funds to Taliban hit south and warlord hit north have let down the Hazaras right from the start of “democracy in Afghanistan”.
This law is yet another attempt to undermine the progress Hazaras have made during the last eight years. It is the continuation of the gifts religious literalism has showered upon this country andits people for ages.
The facts speak for themselves. Hazara women still refuse to wear full hijab, they have had active participation in programs like Afghan Star. They hold posts such as Afghanistan’s only female governor, only female mayor, head of Afghanistan’s Independent Human Rights Commission and more in NGO’s and offices across the country. Hazarajat has the most promising female to male ratio in school and university enrollment.
These are facts, unmatched in any of the areas Mohsini or Karzai could ever actually represent. The rest is pure bullshit.

این همان آیت الله محسنی قزلباش که خود را گاهی برای فریب پشتونها پشتون و پشتو زبان خطاب می کند. و برای ما هزاره ها و شیعه ها آیت الله و …. معرفی می کند.در زمان جنگهای تحمیلی سیاف و ربانی ما را استاد شهید مزاری و همه را محارب و مباهدم خظاب میکرد تا سند شرعی و حقوقی برای قتل و قتال مردم هزاره و شیعه برای سیاف وهابی مسعود و ربانی و شرکای جنایتکارشان مانند مولوی خالص و دیگران بدهد. به نظر من آزموده را آزمودن خطاست. تا ابله در جهان باشد محسنی در نمی ماند.چرا مردم ما از این شیخ منافق و ریا کار که بار ها دشمنی اشرا با هزاره ها ثابت کرده است قطع نمی کند. بگذارید این خر پشتونگرا و مردم فریت که همه را فریب می دهد تنها بماند.آیا هزاره عالم و آدم ندارد که ما از این شیخ…!و حرامی پیروی کنیم؟!!!! این برای مردم ما شرم او و خجالت است. که تنها مسجد درست

اول سلام.این کمال بی شحصیتی شما است که به یک عالم دین خر و دیگر صفات صفیهانه خطاب میکنید.واقعا برای تو دین فروش که دو روز در استرالیا گذرانیده ای شرم است نام هزاره وشیعه را بد کرده ای .برای رسیده به خارج از دین خود تیر شده وعیسوی میگردید و بعدا مانند غلامان حلقه به گوش به دنبال منافع آنان میگردید. مانند کره خری هستی که جو زیاد بدهندش در راه راست گردن خود را کج گرفته و به هوا لگد پراکنی می کنی. شرمت باد ای بی خرد کور دل و متعصب . اسلام مرز ندارد . کسی نزد خدا عزیز است که تقوا داشته باشد . چشم بصرت را تعصب کور کرده. دشمن دانا که غم جان بود بهتر ازان دوست که نادان بود. همان وهابی هشیار که بزرگترین دشمن شیعه وهزاره است بهتر از تو نادان است. خدا تو را توفیق هدایت عنایت کند

جای خوشی است که مبارزات برحق شما سرانجام نتیجه داد واینک ، درسایه نظام جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان پیروان امام جعفر صادق ، حق عمل آزادانه به مذهب خویش را یافته اند. داشتن قانون احوال شخصیه ،مبتنی بر فقه غنی جعفری نیز دست آورد مبارزات شماست که به مثابه حق مسلم تان درقانون اساسی افغانستان تثبیت شده است . ودراین راستا شما به جای اینکه مدیون این وآن باشید ، مدیون اشک ها ،دردها وخون های هستید که دراین راه اهدا کرده اید. شما مردم سربلند وباافتخاری هستید که یک عمر برای استقلال ، آزادی وحاکمیت ارزش های مترقی دینی وانسانی مبارزه کرده اید واینک نیز هیچ کس حق فخر فروشی برشما را ندارد. این حق مسلم شما است که احوال شخصی خود را برمبنای قانون برگرفته از فقه غنی امام جعفر صادق ودرپرتو خرد وعقلانیت واقتضائات روزگار تنظیم کنید. هیچ کس حق سو استفاده از این موضوع را ندارد.متاسفانه درخلال روزهای اخیر ، بحث وجدل های درخصوص قانون احوال شخصیه ،از حالت آزاد ومدنی وتوام با نزاکت واحترام خارج وبه یک جنجال کوچه بازاری مبدل شده است وبیم آن می رود که دست های پیدا وپنهان دشمن ازاین قضیه سو استفاده کرده والتهاب وناامنی وحتا خشونت را درجامعه دامن بزند. دراین شرایط حساس من لازم می بینم که چند نکته را خدمت جامعه شیعه وپیروان اهلبیت یادآوری کنم.دستور تعدیل هرگونه قانون، از صلاحیت رئیس جمهور ، هیئت دولت وسایر مراجع قانون گذاری است. هیچ گروهی حق ندارد با فشار های خلاف منطق ، حق قانونی رئیس جمهور را محدود واورا از اعمال صلاحیت هایش بازدارد.
1- پارلما ن افغانستان به عنوان یگانه نهاد تقنینی درکشور حق وضع تعدیل وتصویب هرگونه قوانین از جمله قانون احوال شخصیه اهل تشیع واهل تسنن را دارد. این حق به موجب قانون اساسی واصول اسلامی به نمایندگان ملت سپرده شده است واین نه خلاف شرع، نه خلاف عقل ونه خلاف منطق.
2- به جز مراجع نامبرده هیچ ارگان دیگر حق مداخله دراین مورد ویا سو استفاده از این مورد را ندارد.
3- وضع وتصویب قانون ویا احیانا تعدیل آن یک بحث فنی وکارشناسانه است. نقص های که احیانا در قانون به وجود می آید باید از مجاری قانونی وبا درنظرداشت نظرات کارشناسان بایستی اصلاح وتعدیل شود.کشاندن چنین بحث هادرکوچه وبازار وتحریک احساسات مذهبی ملت شریف، جز خدشه دارشدن امنیت، آرامش وحیثیت مردم معتدل وخرد گرای ما پیامد دیگری ندارد. از شما مردم هوشیار وهمیشه درصحنه می خواهم که بهانه بدست سو استفاده گران نداده ، همیشه آرامش انقلابی خودرا حفظ کنید وجلو هرگونه تشنچ را قاطعانه بگیرید. درپایان از مردم شریف می خواهم که آرامش را حفظ نموده وبگذارند که مراجع قانونی مربوطه قضیه را از مجرای قانونی آن پیگیری کند. والسلام علیکم ورحمت الله وبرکاته والله علی ما نقول وکیل.

the law that a back suported iranian mullah have passed is quite shure from the past, that no body wants that HAZARA become a nation they just want that we all should be under the name SHIA we are proud to be SHIA but iam confused from my nation side that what we are i think we dont have any one to be the leader or the Aayatullah or and dam mullah because a Qandahari who are in very few ratio in afghanistan they rule on us and we HAZARA are just a security gaurd or just a man who seat with him and obey what he say i mean bark, i sware that this dam shit iran which i just respect the holly places and i hate and we all must hate because they have just send us the picture of khumaini and nothing else and we dont need any thing from them but i request every single HAZARA wether he is male or female we must study we must bring SHA OR among us to be a leader why there is not a HAZARA in the place of this bull dog mohsini.

this makes me cry. we all know who sheikh mohsini is. he is an iraninan backed cleric whose job is to secure iranian interests in afghanistan. iran does not want stability in afghanistan and thses clerics are the tools for her. there are people who are backing this law. they are either students who studied and have been brainwashed in iran or the people who have been paid by iran and iran knows he can buy such people easily,so in either case these people do not represent hazaras in afghaninstan and we must tell this to others all around the globe. Dear friends after centuries of persecution its high time we woke up, iran can never see a progressive and more awared hazara nation, so she will do whatever she can to stop us. if this is shria then i would like to see this law passed in iran first since the mullah rules there. my dear friends lets join hands and tell others that this law is not acceptable to hazaras and it does not represent haazars in afghanistan.
